How It Works

Preparation:

When prepping fry pans and other cookware for non-stick recoating, remove all plastic handles and accessories. If we can remove the plastic handle or accessory without damage, we will return it with the recoated cookware unattached. If they are not removed, we cannot guarantee they will be returned. Remember, only metal and aluminum can handle the recoating process.

When sending cookware to us for recoating, please attach a note describing what you are sending and a return address including name and phone number.

Shipping (VERY IMPORTANT):

If using UPS, Federal Express, Airborne or any trucking company: Packages need to be sent to the physical address: 20757 SW 105th Avenue; Tualatin, OR 97062.

If using the U.S. Postal Service, please send to PO Box 927; Tualatin, OR 97062.

Starting the day after we receive your cookware, allow ten (10) working days to process your order. Our hours of operation (working days) are Monday-Friday excluding major holidays. On the tenth working day or sooner, the cookware will be shipped within the continental United States via United Parcel Service (UPS) from our facility at current prices based on weight and distance. No additional handling charges will be added.

You Choose Payment:

1. We can do a credit card transaction via the telephone.
2. We can do a credit card transaction via email.

Fry pan prices are as follows. To inquire about non-stick coating for other cookware, please provide some rough dimensions with brief description.
